Support Configurable RPC Endpoint Profiles #941
Description
Allow operators to define named RPC endpoint profiles with associated network identifiers and operational settings.
Acceptance criteria:
Profiles are validated at startup; secrets are not printed; the active profile is clearly reported in safe diagnostic output.
