Dashboards can subscribe to GET /api/events/stream for new events, with Last-Event-ID replay and cleanup when a client disconnects. The feed stays off unless EVENT_STREAM_ENABLED is set.
Skipped wall-clock times move forward by the gap, and repeated wall-clock times use the earlier instant. Daily and weekly schedules keep that policy on the next local date.
Operators can set SCHEDULER_MISSED_POLICY to execute, expire, or intervene when a notification is overdue. Intervention holds the job until POST /api/schedule/:id/resume.
Theme tokens for the event explorer, activity feed, timeline, and webhook screens meet WCAG AA contrast, and the saved preference is applied as soon as the dashboard loads.

… gap A 30-minute transition was moved forward a full hour because the gap search stayed near the naive UTC reading and then assumed 60 minutes.
Storing the initial events updates lastFetchedAt, and that effect's cleanup was closing the stream and the polling fallback immediately.
