Star-catalogue depth (r<22→r<23) and PSF-selection bias from flux-radius cut #840

From the Paris meeting (Fri 2pm): the flux-radius star selection shows a PSF-size residual bias centred ~−0.15 — investigate, with a Gaia cross-check as the obvious control. Related question: is extending the star catalogue r<22→r<23 useful (SPHEREx star flags vs stellar locus)?
