Fixes the deterministic desktop smoke E2E failures: missing Project locators, async relay bootstrap polling, stale Inbox-vs-Alerts video coverage, and accessible keyboard custom-section sorting. Validated with pnpm run build:e2e and the six affected Playwright smoke tests.
