* feat(realunit): low-balance alerts on the prize-wallet dashboard Staff can add one ETH or REALU threshold plus a mail address, see the list, and soft-delete alerts. Matches the backend alert API. * fix(realunit): tighten prize-wallet alert mail and submit guards Reject comma-separated mails, block submit while the list loads, and clear list errors after a successful create. * fix(realunit): recover prize-wallet alerts after list errors Submit stays usable after a failed list load, Retry reloads the list, semicolon-separated mail is rejected, and a leftover delete error is cleared on create. * fix(realunit): English prize-wallet alert copy and retry guards Notify uses an English i18n key with de/fr/it strings, Retry is disabled while create is in flight, and a load generation token ignores stale lists. --------- Co-authored-by: TaprootFreakAI <315477232+TaprootFreakAI@users.noreply.github.com>
