When refactoring the reference Jupiter notebook I am receiving the following error:
home/q/anaconda3/envs/xview3/lib/python3.9/site-packages/pandas/core/indexing.py:1597: SettingWithCopyWarning:
A value is trying to be set on a copy of a slice from a DataFrame.
Try using .loc[row_indexer,col_indexer] = value instead

self.obj[key] = value
It does not appear to crash the implementation at this point in the notebook. I have not found a working solution to fix this warning.
