Summary
Adds the MIT
LICENSEfile, which was missing from the repository root.pyproject.tomlalready declaredlicense = "MIT", but there was no licensetext anywhere in the repo, so the terms were never actually distributed with
the source or the published packages. This commit adds the standard OSI MIT
text, unmodified, with the copyright line attributed to the dashAI Team and a
year range starting at the first commit (2022) through the current year.
