For these two new manifest clauses, component_version starts with < but is left as an unquoted plain scalar. The PR review rules require YAML values containing < to be quoted, so these should be '<1.65.1'; otherwise future formatting/validation can disagree with the documented manifest syntax. .cursor/rules/pr-review.mdcL61-L65
