Upgrade the grouped GitHub Actions pins and align the supply-chain contract with download-artifact v8. Integrate the reviewed backend and frontend security baseline so the final candidate does not retain the earlier vulnerable dependency trees.
Delivered headd6f4acba0b1dc12237aca8235b43c986287bae77 integrates main20477f4e8, adding only the five POMs/nine version updates from merged PR248. Specification and standards reviews approved this integration; all32 fresh-head checks passed. The preceding16c5836f2c2ca0acf7921dcad14985d97f6da011 also passed32 GitHub checks (workflow38116261159) and the full remote supply-chain contract with durable exit0, including immutable references, pinned Actions, promotion negative/dry-run/idempotency/partial-failure behavior, publish evidence, and deploy policy. Actions and contract files are unchanged by the integration. No artifacts were published by the fake-Docker test. Prerequisite PR270 is merged after independent full Maven verification succeeded.
