Upgrade the grouped Maven dependencies while retaining the reviewed Spring Boot 4 security migration and delegation JWT clock repair. Preserve the requested Redisson, Japicmp, Meilisearch, Flyway, and testcontainers-redis upgrades; keep springdoc at its compatible 3.x baseline.
Current head: 7c7372a. All 23 GitHub checks passed; specification, standards, and Java reviews approved. CI includes the Maven reactor verification under the ci profile and image vulnerability gates. A separate live Redis/Testcontainers integration run for the upgraded test dependency was not performed. Merge after PR #270's independently promised default-profile verification gate.
