Propagate the same reviewed U02 repairs into the V12 branch that still owns the open runbook/source review stack. PR #268 delivers to the diagnostics branch; this PR delivers to codex/acceptance-v12-binding so PR #257 and its ancestors can receive the fixes.
The V12 base f5163a2 had the same Git tree as the diagnostics base f047619 (git diff exit0). The complete nine-file PR diff is identical to independently approved PR #268. Source head0b511a3fa9643c54b74cd336954ea6f3b6d64eb6 passed359 remote regressions in28.68s; both final-commit Spec and Standards reviews APPROVE. Exact-head CI38110221731 completed SUCCESS. PR #269 merged into codex/acceptance-v12-binding at ef4c0a2; fetched merge-head tree equals tested0b. PR #257's runbook review is resolved after verified actual-head propagation. No new merge-head CI is claimed.
No U03 database slice, dependency upgrade, authorization/accounting change or paid call is introduced. V12 remains permanently halted; this is code propagation, not formal U02/U03/U04 acceptance or permission to activate a replacement. Original review threads are resolved only after their actual heads contain the repair.
