Audit of the dormant codebase ahead of a formal restart, written for an incoming maintainer. Covers: verification results from running every check locally (typecheck, lint, coverage, gaps, build, size, Storybook build, E2E in both storage modes), architecture drift against Technical_Design.md, a classification of every root/docs markdown file, test and visual-regression status, a maintainer-documentation gap assessment, and a risk-ranked restart backlog. Key findings recorded: Chromatic/Storybook build broken since the June refactor and masked by continue-on-error; coverage thresholds never evaluated in CI; E2E job disabled; "Erase All Data" clears sessionStorage only; 14 of 20 design-doc claims no longer hold.
