[minor] Re-issue the gram-button template change as v1.5.0 - #203

v1.4.1 changed f13ldman.css (gram buttons sized to the search box, and the flag-heading flex rule scoped to headings that carry a flag) but was cut as a patch, because the PR title carried no marker. The transfer procedure calls any CSS edit a full re-transfer, so the number told the receiving operator the opposite of what they needed to do. This commit mints v1.5.0 with the same template content. The template README now states which files are at least [minor], and the release doc records why v1.5.0 supersedes v1.4.1. Why
PR #202 changed
f13ldman.css(gram buttons sized to the search box, and the flag-heading flex rule scoped to headings that carry a flag). CI released it as v1.4.1, a patch, because the PR title carried no[minor]marker. The transfer procedure classes any CSS edit as a full re-transfer, so a patch number tells the receiving operator the opposite of what they need to do.What this does
Merging this PR triggers the template-release workflow, which mints v1.5.0 with the same template content. v1.4.1 stays in place; a published tag is a record.
publications/pub-5/template-2026/README.md: the Releases note now names the files that are at least[minor], so the marker is hard to forget.context-docs/14-template-releases.md: records why v1.5.0 supersedes v1.4.1.Verified
.github/scripts/template-release.sh --dry-runon this branch, with the real tags fetched, reportsVERSION=1.5.0,BUMP=minor, 42 files in the payload. The merge commit will carry this PR title, which is where the marker is read from.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
