#198 7 Questions on instructor pages	Root cause: the Oxygen instructor scenario runs with no DITAVAL, so the existing audience="student-only" tag is never filtered out. The search-flag marker now also emits wh-edition-instructor / wh-edition-student. A new student-only.css uses it to hide .seven-questions and its gram-nav jump link on instructor pages. No re-tagging needed.
#199 .glc opens as text	theme/glc-launch/: on pages opened from a drive or share (file://), JS rewrites each WAV .glc link to glc:<full Windows path> and adds a Copy path button that shows the path (to paste into Win+R). client/ holds a per-user glc: handler (a .reg file plus a PowerShell launcher), installed once per PC. The launcher only opens existing .glc files, through their file association. The .glc opens where it's published, so its relative .wav still resolves. sync.py skips client/.

Docs: README operator section, CLAUDE.md overlay list, and a README for each overlay. Tests: test_package_release.py now checks the new parameters, CSS order, the glc fragment, the edition markers and the packaged client files.

Validation

• python -m unittest discover tests/: 523 tests pass (2 skipped).
• I ran the JS path logic in node against drive-letter, UNC, spaced and ../ hrefs.

Risks / needs a manual Oxygen publish (no local WebHelp licence)

• type="filePath" on webhelp.logo.image, and the placeholder name webhelp.fragment.after.topic.content, come from Oxygen's documented features but haven't been checked in a real publish.
• The glc: handler runs PowerShell with -ExecutionPolicy Bypass. Group policy may block it; Copy path is the fallback. Any web page can trigger a glc: link, so the launcher refuses anything that isn't an existing .glc file.
• Pages served over http(s) are left unchanged. This only works when the pages are opened from a mapped drive or share.
• The committed demo/oxygen-sample/published/ builds need an Oxygen republish to show the new parameters.
