Vendored bundle + VERSION refreshed in every copy (theme, scripts/vendor, presentation embed) via update_gramframe.write_copies, then propagated into the wired template and committed sample builds with theme/sync.py. Also corrects the stale 'currently v0.1.18' note in the gramframe-oxygen README. Bumps the vendored GramFrame bundle v0.3.0 → v0.3.1. Merging this to
maintriggerspackage-release.yml, which cuts the new pipeline release zip. The workflow's--checkgate will then see that the pin matches the latest GramFrame.What changed
