feat(mail-bulk-actions): add delete-all endpoint to empty a mailbox - #88

Adds POST .../mail-bulk-actions/delete-all, which does the same as /delete but for every mail in the mailbox, not just a page. The UIDs are sent as one min:max range so the command stays short. Move/copy/delete in IMAPAccount now throw when imapflow returns false/undefined instead of reporting success. Removing the old version of a replaced draft is best-effort, so a failure there no longer makes the client retry and append another copy. Refs Delivr-Project/Delivr-Web#104
