…monitors Implements four crawler infrastructure issues in one batch: - DepRadarOrg#95 CheckpointStore (src/crawler/checkpoint.rs): reads/writes checkpoints.json keyed by crawler name, atomic temp-file+rename writes, missing file treated as empty store. - DepRadarOrg#96 watch pipeline (src/pipeline.rs, src/bin/depradar.rs): PackageSource trait, FakeCrawler, watch_packages loop emitting JSON-line findings at or above the 40-point confidence threshold; new 'depradar watch --registry npm|pypi|crates' subcommand. - DepRadarOrg#97 MaintainerChanged detector (src/monitor/maintainers.rs): persists package→version→maintainer-set, emits MaintainerChanged finding when a new version adds a previously unseen maintainer. - DepRadarOrg#98 Install-script watcher (src/monitor/scripts.rs): persists package→version→scripts map, emits InstallScriptAdded for any preinstall/install/postinstall hook that is new or changed. All modules include unit tests. PROGRESS.md updated with entries for each issue. Help snapshot updated for the new 'watch' subcommand.
