Enables the rest of rector's prepared sets (code style, type declarations, PHPUnit code quality) and the PHPUnit attribute set, with
tests/Fixturesskipped. Also moves cs-fixer to@PSR12and adds rules for ordered and imported symbols, PHPUnit attributes and phpdoc param order. Both are applied in this PR, with no signature changes insrc/.@DoctrineAnnotationstays, since the fixtures still use docblock annotations.
