Closes DigiNodes#107 (SW-012).

Covers CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1-COM9 and LPT1-LPT9 in lower, upper and
alternating case, with extensions, trailing dot, trailing whitespace and
mixed dot/space variants. Valid similar names such as console, com10 and
lpt10 stay accepted.

Validation is pure string logic, so the matrix also runs with
process.platform stubbed to win32, linux and darwin to prove the result
does not depend on the host. No validation rule is changed.
Closes DigiNodes#108 (SW-013).

Exercises destination planning against an existing file, an empty
directory (current policy preserved), hidden-file-only directories,
empty and deeply nested subdirectories, and mixed content. Each refusal
asserts the tree is unchanged afterwards.

Race-adjacent cases are deterministic: a stateful fake file system shows
planning re-reads on every call, and generation revalidation is checked
when the destination becomes non-empty, a file, or a link after
planning, including a collision injected between orchestration stages.

Unsupported force, overwrite and clean flags are shown to be ignored.
No overwrite-policy or source change.
Closes DigiNodes#109 (SW-014).

Asserts the exact controlled set basic-app, full-stack, smart-contract
and api-service in order, unique IDs and display names, complete trimmed
metadata, and that entries carry only id, name and description.

Checks the bundled source mapping: each ID resolves to an existing,
distinct templates/<id> directory and no unregistered template directory
is bundled. The default stays an explicit, stable basic-app. URL, path,
plugin, near-miss and prototype-key identifiers are rejected by
getTemplate and selectTemplate without falling back to the default.

No registry or template-source change.
Closes DigiNodes#110 (SW-019).

Adds a failure-category index and an exit-code lookup to the
troubleshooting page, plus new sections for installation or setup
failures, rejected project names (including reserved Windows device
names) and unexpected or internal failures.

Links installation, quick start, command reference, configuration,
platform support, exit codes, template generation and the README to the
matching troubleshooting sections. Every relative link and anchor in the
touched files resolves.

Merges the duplicated sensitive-data guidance into one section. The
release state is unchanged: no npm installation command is added and the
0.0.0 bootstrap placeholder is still not presented as a release. No
unsupported command is described as available, and Testnet-only and
secret-safe wording is preserved. Documentation only.
