Normalizes executable-not-found classification across diagnostics and adds generator destination-containment and stellarforge dev unsupported-project regression tests, plus a Full Stack README accuracy pass.

Closes #115
Closes #116
Closes #117
Closes #118

Testing

  • Added tests/executable-classification.test.ts, tests/generator-destination-containment.test.ts, and tests/dev-project-diagnostics.test.ts.
  • Extended the Full Stack template README to match its package scripts.
  • Run npm test (Vitest) locally before review; the platform matrix also builds the CLI.

Security

  • Shared isExecutableNotFound classification never reflects raw stderr or secrets and adds no shell fallback.
  • Generator tests assert destinations stay inside the selected root and that existing files are never overwritten.
