- Line 202: Update createNpmDiagnostic to include only the parsed numeric
version in result.message, not the full npm stdout, so valid build metadata
cannot expose unrelated output. Add the version-shaped secret case to the
secret-output tests and verify the serialized diagnostic does not contain the
secret.
- Around line 75-86: Update createNodeDiagnostic to build diagnostic messages
from the parsed major, minor, and patch values rather than the raw nodeVersion,
for both supported and unsupported versions. Adjust the metadata test to verify
the message contains only the numeric version and serialized results exclude
supplied metadata.

Keep raw Node metadata out of diagnostic messages.
parseNumericVersion accepts metadata such as 22.13.0-rc.1+TOPSECRET123. createNodeDiagnostic then includes the full nodeVersion in the returned message. Serializing that DiagnosticResult exposes the metadata. The npm message correction does not change this Node-specific interpolation.

Do not expose secret-bearing npm version metadata.
The extra-line fixture misses version-shaped output. For 10.9.2+API_KEY.secret123\n, parseNumericVersion accepts the build metadata, and createNpmDiagnostic puts the full stdout in result.message. The diagnostic passes and exposes the token in serialized output. Add this case to the secret-output tests. Display only the parsed numeric version in npm diagnostic messages so accepted metadata cannot carry unrelated process output into the result. Build metadata is a valid version suffix, so stricter syntax validation alone does not close this gap. (semver.org)
