Summary

Implements CLI-037 with a deterministic end-to-end smoke workflow that exercises the built and linked StellarForge executable.

Included

  • builds the production CLI from the committed source
  • installs dependencies from the committed lockfile with lifecycle scripts disabled
  • links the built package in CI and invokes stellarforge as an installed executable
  • validates --help and --version
  • executes stellarforge doctor with bounded subprocess diagnostics
  • generates a Basic App through the linked CLI
  • runs stellarforge test inside that generated project
  • generates a Smart Contract project
  • writes non-secret Testnet project configuration
  • performs stellarforge deploy against a local fake stellar executable
  • verifies the exact deployment arguments and mock contract output
  • keeps live network checks and secrets out of normal PR validation

Determinism / Security

  • no live Stellar network dependency
  • no wallet secrets, seed phrases, API tokens, or npm publish credentials
  • fake Stellar CLI exists only inside a temporary test directory
  • subprocess calls use executable + argument arrays with shell: false
  • deployment still passes through the production Testnet-only validation path
  • external diagnostic probes are bounded by the CLI diagnostic timeout
