docs: fix Java Maven coordinates to com.dingtalk:dingtalk-channel-sdk - #2

The cross-language install table wrote the Java coordinates as io.github.DingTalk-Real-AI:dingtalk-channel-sdk, which is neither the current published artifact nor a resolvable groupId (groupIds cannot be an org slug). Align with the Java SDK migration to com.dingtalk:dingtalk-channel-sdk (DingTalk-Real-AI/dingtalk-channel-sdk-java#1), which updates the POM groupId and all source packages to com.dingtalk.channel.

复查结论：请求修改。
GUIDE.md:39 和 GUIDE.zh-CN.md:40 的 Java Maven 坐标仍写为 io.github.DingTalk-Real-AI:dingtalk-channel-sdk，但本 PR 标题和提交说明是要改为 com.dingtalk:dingtalk-channel-sdk。当前文本与 Java SDK 迁移目标不一致。
另外，Java SDK #1 尚未合入，Maven Central 也查不到 com.dingtalk:dingtalk-channel-sdk 构件。建议：
- 将坐标统一改为
com.dingtalk:dingtalk-channel-sdk并标注“待 Java SDK #1 发布后可安装”；或 - 保持旧坐标并修正 PR 标题/描述。
安装缺失依赖后 pytest 本地 108/108 通过。
