@stellar/freighter-api is dynamically imported by the wallet store but is not a dependency #1622
Description
Problem
store/wallet.store.ts does await import('@stellar/freighter-api'), but the package is not listed in frontend/package.json. In a clean install the module cannot be resolved: TypeScript reports a missing module, and the catch in isFreighterAvailable turns the failure into "Freighter wallet not detected", so connecting a wallet can never succeed.
Proposed change
Add @stellar/freighter-api to dependencies, type the import properly, and add a store test with the module mocked for the connected, not-installed and wrong-network cases.
Acceptance criteria

npm run type-checkand build pass on a clean install. - Wallet connect works with the Freighter extension on testnet.
