The earlier PR only added the changelog fragment. This copies the scanner from docforum-web (#204): the known-payload rule, offscreen code behind leading whitespace, and npm scripts changed to run another file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

#216 merged with only its changelog fragment; the scanner change itself was left out. This copies
.github/scripts/pr-malware-scan.cjsfrom docforum-web (#204), so all three repos run the same scanner again:known-payload: theglobal['!'] =loader from escrow Feat/multiple staff users per facility fixed roles no #163 and web feat(auth): email verification on signup, with restricted access for unverified accounts #137offscreen-codealso catches code pushed off-screen by leading whitespacescript-hijack:dev/build/etc. scripts changed to also run another fileThe file is byte-identical to web's. Those rules found no false positives across all 124 open PRs.
