Add an executed example showing how to create MakeTables regression tables from fitted DoubleML models. It covers multiple treatments, comparisons of nuisance learners on identical sample splits, pointwise confidence intervals, an IRM model, and HTML/LaTeX exports using simulated data.
This adapts Alexander Fischer's notebook from DoubleML/doubleml-for-py#383, following the review request to put the example in
doc/examplesondev. The notebook is linked from the example gallery, and MakeTables is added to the documentation requirements.Depends on DoubleML/doubleml-for-py#445. Please merge the Python integration first; the current released package does not expose this plug-in interface. This PR stays draft until that dependency is available.
Validation: executed every cell against the integration branch; exported the notebook to HTML; built the new example with this repository's Sphinx configuration,
-W --keep-going, and stored outputs. This was a scoped example build, not a rebuild or execution of the entire documentation site.
