Fix the aarch64 build: pthread_kill include, -march=native checked at… - #35

… configure - daoThreadBase.hpp: include <csignal> for pthread_kill (not pulled in by <pthread.h> on aarch64). - configure: use -march=native only if code built with it runs here. Some VMs (UTM on Apple silicon) advertise SVE but fault on it (SIGILL). Elsewhere the flags are unchanged. Reconfigure after pulling.
