*`merr`* | `vnPfpa` `@0` | the characters are those that are not recognized by the parser at that point

### Morphemes

Words have been parsed into its morphemes according to the conventions of the
[BHSA](https://etcbc.github.io/bhsa/).
The parsing has been generated automatically and has subsequently been corrected by hand.
The morpheme features follow the BHSA features with the same names
(`g_pfm`, `g_vbs`, `g_lex`, `g_vbe`, `g_nme`, `g_prs`),
with the suffix `_etcbc` added.

All morpheme values are consonantal, in
[ETCBC transliteration](https://annotation.github.io/text-fabric/tf/writing/hebrew.html),
without the morpheme markers that are present in *`morph_etcbc`*.
If a word does not have a certain morpheme, the corresponding feature is *absent* for that word.

feature | examples | description
------- | ------ | ------
*`morph_etcbc`* | `!T!JR>[J` `MQWM/+W` | complete morphological parsing of a word in the BHSA convention, see below
*`g_pfm_etcbc`* | `J` `T` `M` `>` `N` | preformative, e.g. of the imperfect or of a participle
*`g_vbs_etcbc`* | `H` `N` `HT` | verbal stem formation, e.g. the `H` of the hifil or the `N` of the nifal
*`g_lex_etcbc`* | `VM>` `<JR` | realised lexeme: the part of the word that represents the lexeme, as it is written in the scroll
*`g_vbe_etcbc`* | `W` `TJ` `TH` `H` | verbal ending
*`g_nme_etcbc`* | `JM` `J` `T` `WT` | nominal ending
*`g_prs_etcbc`* | `W` `K` `HM` `NW` | pronominal suffix
*`g_cons`* | `JVM>` `<JRJ` | consonantal representation of the whole word
*`lex_etcbc`* | `VM>[` `<JR/` | lexeme of the word in BHSA transliteration (see also the general description above)
*`lex_utf8_etcbc`* | `טמא` `עִיר` | lexeme of the word in Hebrew UNICODE
*`note_etcbc`* | `Afgebroken` | remark (in Dutch) by the corrector about the parsing of this word

The *`morph_etcbc`* feature contains the whole analysis in one string.
Special characters mark the boundaries of the morphemes, for example:

word | *`morph_etcbc`* | morphemes
--- | --- | ---
`JVM>` | `!J!VM>[` | preformative `J` (between `! !`), verbal lexeme `VM>` (ending in `[`)
`TJR>J` | `!T!JR>[J` | preformative `T`, verbal lexeme `JR>`, verbal ending `J` (after `[`)
`NWR>` | `]N](J&WR>[/` | verbal stem formation `N` (between `] ]`), verbal lexeme `JR>`
`>LWHJM` | `>L&WH(J(M/JM` | nominal lexeme `>LHJM` (ending in `/`), nominal ending `JM`
`MQWM'W` | `MQWM/+W` | nominal lexeme `MQWM`, pronominal suffix `W` (after `+`)

The string also contains characters that indicate, among other things, vowel letters,
lexeme letters that are not realised in the word, and the state of nouns.
For the full encoding, see the BHSA documentation.
