As discussed on my talk page, redirect-helper doesn't support rcat templates for wikis outside of the English Wikipedia. As language projects will handle these templates differently, it would be very difficult to generate these lists without some starting point. It was proposed that Wikidata connected entities could be used based off of the list on the English Wikipedia, and then generating a list of templates that match up on that language wiki.
