Hi Ellesmere! As mentioned on stream, this adds a full Spanish (Spain, esES) translation of EllesmereUI.

What's in it

• About 9,500 strings in EllesmereUILocales/esES.lua (it had ~170 before): every options page, cog menu and tooltip, plus the strings that are built at runtime (e.g. "Damage Meter " .. i), added as full keys like the other locales do.
• Official Blizzard esES terms pulled from the game client itself (spells, items, dungeons, raids, affixes, UI terms such as Placas de nombre, Blasón, Gran cámara), so names match what Spanish players see in game.
• Labels are kept about as short as the English ones, so tabs and option rows don't overflow or overlap the override "i" badge. Where needed I use clear abbreviations (Tam., Desp., Opac.), in the same spirit as the existing Herram. raid.
• Format rules from CONTRIBUTING_TRANSLATIONS.md: UTF-8 without BOM, all %s / %1$s / |c...|r / \n kept, English left on purpose where it makes sense (addon and feature names such as Quickdraw, HoverCast, Shifter).
• The patch notes (What's New) are not translated yet; they fall back to English. I can send them in a follow-up PR.

Changes to existing lines

16 existing lines changed: the file header (translator credit) and 15 existing translations shortened so they fit their tabs or rows (e.g. Cronómetro Mítica+ → Crono M+, Seguimiento de misiones → Misiones).
