After: the web app takes on the landing page's look. Headlines use light DM Sans with tight tracking. There is one navy, the landing page's #14243b. Buttons are round and keep the app's green. Home's amount sits in the landing page's white highlight. The date and group headings are small uppercase labels, and cards have 24px corners. The phone app (apps/native) also gets round green buttons and a round filter on Expenses.

Edem chose the green and the round shape on 12 October. Layouts, wording, money rules and the database are unchanged, and the landing page itself is not touched.

• Most of the web change is one stylesheet, apps/web/src/styles/harmony.css, in the overrides layer.
• The tokens changed at source in shared.css: --navy, --navy-2, --navy-3, --radius-surface, and a new --font-display.
• The page title rule changed in design-system.css. theme-color and the manifest use the new navy. stylesheets.test.ts and design-tokens.test.ts were updated to match.
• In the phone app, Button in src/ui/kit.tsx uses radius.pill.

The Vercel preview for commune-web shows Error. I don't think this PR caused it:

• The "Web app" check builds this exact commit and passes. Locally, vite build and tsc also pass.
• The commune4/commune-web project has failed its previews within seconds since 6 Oct, on branches with no code problems (Fix the web app's phone layout: top bar, menu and broken lists #22, Website: full-screen phone menu and larger text #23). The same code then deployed cleanly on a fresh Vercel project, which points to that project's settings or its Neon integration rather than the code.

I can't read this deployment's log because Vercel refused access (403 on the commune4 scope). The failed log can be opened from the deployment link in the Vercel comment above. I'm not changing code for this.
