The Codex and Cursor listings still install plugin revisions pinned before Docker Engine API negotiation. Add 0.1.1 entries for both plugins, pinned to LayerFS 4b5276216a2e9f780194a554ef9f0c33f9b6ba6d (#476), so installs receive the directory-split path fixes and can create Sandboxes on an API 1.52 engine. Preserve both 0.1.0 entries and keep preview status.

Plugin pins: Codex 259fed402f84db273929f3a83ad7a8ce32888217; Cursor 66aafb319a6bf05a4745763c325b87cb6016587f. Update the Cursor display links and the Codex install prompt's runtime-doc path.

Validation:

• The official plugin_check.py --online passes for both listings.
• The implementation passed 43 Codex tests and 27 Cursor tests. The optional Cursor Docker test was then run separately and passed.
• A real Linux run on Docker 29.1.3 / Engine API 1.52 completed init with install, two independent edits of the same file, and verify-all --jobs 2: one candidate passed and one failed as intended. Both completed one mount, exec, commit and unmount, with no cleanup errors or remaining test containers. Unchanged verification state returned UpToDate.
• The subsequent 0.1.1 metadata update passed the affected metadata and CLI tests. macOS and Windows-host worker execution were not validated. These are correctness checks, not benchmarks.

Only the two listing directories change. Production LOC: 102763 -> 102763 (delta +0), counted with tools/production_loc.py --json (core 38395, engine 61709, api 2659). Reference absent (retired R9c).
