Explanation of Change

Adds a "Go to Insights" option to the search router, matching other tabs. Gated behind the insightsPage beta.

Tests

1. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top bar.
2. Start typing "Go to Insights" and verify there is no item for it when beta is disabled.
3. Enable the insightsPage beta.
4. Start typing "Go to Insights" and verify there is an item for it and that clicking it navigates to the Insights page.

Offline tests

Same as tests, but offline.
