In List all subscriptions, the request is written as

curl -X GET \
'http://localhost:1026/ngsi-ld/v1/subscriptions/' \
-H 'Link: <http://context/user-context.jsonld>; rel="http://www.w3.org/ns/json-ld#context"; type="application/ld+json"' \

-H 'NGSILD-Tenant: openiot'

The -H 'Link: …' line ends with a backslash, but the next line is empty — so the continuation ends there and the final line is executed as a command of its own:

-H: command not found

Two consequences: the shell prints an error, and the request is sent without NGSILD-Tenant, so it queries the default tenant and returns [] instead of the subscriptions the section is about.

The second subscription listing further down the page has the correct form, which is what this change matches.

Found while running all sixteen NGSI-LD tutorials against a different NGSI-LD broker.

In 'List all subscriptions', the -H 'Link: ...' line ends with a backslash and
is followed by an empty line, so the continuation ends there and the next line
is executed as its own command:

    -H: command not found

The request is therefore sent WITHOUT the NGSILD-Tenant header and queries the
default tenant, returning [] instead of the subscriptions the section is about.
The second listing further down the page has the correct form.
