Continues the existing ft_docs_2.0/update-hardware branch (fb5a819), which had not yet been opened as a PR. Uses Software for the department group and Systems for the former ADS section. Fixes invalid YAML navigation entries and all moved-page paths, while preserving the existing page content. Adds redirects for all seven former ADS page URLs, including fragment forwarding. Hardware/Rigby rewrites and the later archive move are deliberately excluded. Validation: strict MkDocs build passed; git diff --check passed; generated redirects inspected.
