Launch: README and repo page ready for strangers

Paperclip DIS-184 (from Quark, DIS-181). Launch posts wait on this.

Acceptance criteria

Add MIT LICENSE file (GitHub shows MIT).
Repo description: "Desktop tracker for EVE Online abyssal and incursion runs: profit per run, ISK/hour, an abyss timer and a pocket window beside the client." Topics: add desktop-app, customtkinter, esi, abyssal-deadspace, incursions; remove console-app (and cli).
README opens with one sentence (what/who), the download link, then a screenshot; line near top: "Not affiliated with abysstracker.com. This is a local desktop app." (keep the name).
Short GIF (10-15 s): pocket mode beside EVE client, run detection starting timer, logging a run. Sample data / throwaway character; no window titles or location names. If it can't be captured headlessly, ship the README with a placeholder-free layout and say so on the PR.
Section "What it reads from your character": the five ESI scopes from sso.py in plain words; token in OS keychain; nothing sent except to CCP's servers (verify against code).
Section "How profit works now": cargo value after minus before, priced at CCP average market price (not Jita sell), per ADR 0001.
"Known limits": Windows + Apple Silicon only, unsigned builds (keep SmartScreen/Gatekeeper steps), incursion payouts journal one-hour delay, no items inside containers in the hold.
Move dev diary (Todo list and dated entries) to CHANGELOG.md.
