Closes #55

Adds MIT LICENSE, rewrites the README intro (one-liner, not-affiliated line, download link, screenshot), adds scopes / profit method / known limits sections and the CCP notice, moves the dev diary to CHANGELOG.md. Repo description and topics already updated via gh.

Notes:

• GIF not included: no sample-data capture yet, left as an HTML comment placeholder. Needs a recording with sample data and no location/window names.
• Profit and fetch wording follows ADR 0001 (cargo), which is on the cargo-runs branches and not yet on main; the ADR is copied here so the link works. Merge after the cargo PRs, or the README will describe features main lacks.
• Pocket-mode bullet and feature list still describe wallet-based flow in parts of the terminal section; cargo-run UI details will need a pass once ESI: read the ship's cargo instead of the ISK wallet on the Abyss page #38 lands.
