  • Adds Fundraise Up donations to wildebackyard.com, using the same account as felidaefund.org and WildePod.
  • Checked locally that the button and script render, signed in and signed out.
  • After deploying, I will check with a 4242 test card.

feat(donate): add Fundraise Up widget and Donate nav button

Loads the same Fundraise Up account as felidaefund.org and adds a Donate
button to the nav that opens the checkout overlay. Only enabled under
prod settings; set FUNDRAISEUP_ACCOUNT_KEY to turn it on elsewhere.
