TideWM's seat path is libseat (seatd, logind or elogind) and every systemd/D-Bus helper is best-effort, so it already runs under OpenRC, runit and s6. Say so in the README install note, add Void build dependencies, and document seatd and dbus-run-session setup for non-systemd systems.

TideWM already runs without systemd, but the docs only hint at it. This makes it explicit and adds Void instructions. Docs only; no code change.
