docs: no systemd required, Void, and a free CC-BY-SA packaged icon - #21

TideWM's seat path is libseat (seatd, logind or elogind) and every systemd/D-Bus helper is best-effort, so it already runs under OpenRC, runit and s6. Say so in the README install note, add Void build dependencies, and document seatd and dbus-run-session setup for non-systemd systems.
share/icons/tidewm.png moves from CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0 to CC-BY-SA-4.0 and becomes the icon every package installs, replacing the faithful 4k logo, which stays CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0 and is no longer packaged. Everything a package installs is now free: drop the Nix unfree classification and NIXPKGS_ALLOW_UNFREE/--impure, the Gentoo license-acceptance note, and switch package license fields and installed legal text to CC-BY-SA-4.0.

Two related changes that make TideWM easier to install and package: say plainly that it doesn't need systemd, and make everything packages install free software.
1. No systemd required, add Void (docs only)
TideWM already runs without systemd; the docs only hinted at it.
