O microsserviço agora é quem envia os e-mail agora, dando um retorno mais rápido o usuário nas telas de sistema.
Alguns ajustes foram necessário para que o código parasse de quebrar.
Foi criado também a funcionalidade que muda o status das despesas de PENDING para UNPAID quando elas vencem.
