Add tests for ClearLocalData #913

Description
The "clear local data" danger-zone control currently has no test coverage (0 calls in the Vitest coverage report).
Location
components/settings/clear-local-data.tsx
Task
Add tests under __tests__/ (Vitest + Testing Library; only __tests__/** is collected). Cover at least:
- confirmation step is required
- only
flowstar*localStorage keys are removed - other keys (e.g.
walletId) are kept - a success toast is shown
Acceptance criteria
- Tests live under
__tests__/and pass withnpm test - Listed cases are covered
- No production code changes needed (unless a bug is found — then note it in the PR)
Good for contributors because
Self-contained test task with clear inputs/outputs; a great way to learn the codebase.
