Can we access your project?
Current Behavior
My project Findora was archived because I exceeded the Free-plan project limit. I have since deleted my other two active projects, but Findora is still locked and requires me to upgrade to open it.
According to the documentation, deleting an active project should automatically unarchive the most recently edited archived project. Could you please check my account and unarchive Findora?
Project ID: findora-marketplace-development-gh6uiq
Expected Behavior
I expected it to unarchive and tried all these steps Refresh your session: Fully sign out of FlutterFlow, close all FlutterFlow tabs, then sign back in. A hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) can also help update project state.
Check you’re in the correct workspace: If you use multiple workspaces, open the workspace switcher (top left) and confirm you are viewing the workspace that contains Findora.
Open the Archived tab: From the dashboard, go to All Projects, then the Archived tab. Locate “Findora” and click Unarchive or Restore. If you do not see the button, try expanding the project card menu (three dots) to find the option.
Confirm active project count: Make sure there are no other active projects in this workspace that still count toward your Free plan limit. This can include template-based projects, duplicated projects, or projects where you are a collaborator.
Force a quota refresh: After deletions, it may take a short time for limits to refresh. Wait a couple of minutes, then reload the dashboard. If it still appears locked, try opening FlutterFlow in an incognito/private window to bypass cached data.
Clear site data if needed: In your browser settings, clear cached images and files for app.flutterflow.io and restart the browser. Then sign back in and recheck the Archived tab.
Try a different browser or device: If the lock persists, try Chrome, Edge, or Safari on desktop. Ensure no browser extensions are blocking requests.
Check team projects: If you are part of a team or organization, confirm whether any team projects are active and impacting your available slots. Switch to that team and archive or remove unneeded projects there first.
As a workaround: If Unarchive is not available but you can access the project card menu, see if Duplicate is available. Duplicating into an available slot can restore editing access, provided your quota allows it.
Gather details if it still fails: Note the exact time you deleted the other projects, your workspace name, the project ID, the browsers tried, and any visible error or upgrade prompts. These details are helpful for a bug report.
