Replace the Nix-linked CI artifact with a native Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64 build using GCC 14 and pinned, static SDL3. Produce a
.debcontaining the executable, game profiles, desktop entry, icon, and MIME registration, with runtime dependencies declared for APT.Keep Vulkan and OpenGL enabled. D3D12 remains available in local Nix builds. Publish the package on
v*tags after the tests and clean Ubuntu installation check pass. Add missing integer-type includes and give shader test buffers enough space for the recompiler's metadata scan.Validation: CI passed. All 53 CTest entries passed with software rendering. The package installed in a clean Ubuntu 24.04 container;
--version,--help, installed profiles and desktop files, and library resolution passed.
