`foxy-customer-portal`: Sign up form elements missing from hidden/disabled controls configuration in component library

Just a small thing - but the newer sign-up portions of the foxy-customer-portal element are missing from the disabled/hidden/read-only controls options within the controls panel. Would be good to add those there too for consistency and documentation.
