This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

a9efb33]:@frontify/fondue-tokens@5.1.0
Minor Changes
a9efb33Thanks @noahwaldner! - Handle value-output tokens (breakpoints) as a first-class concept instead of one-off exceptions:x-small/small/medium/large/x-large/xx-large→xs/sm/md/lg/xl/2xl. This affects Tailwindscreensvariants (sm:instead ofsmall:), keys insemantic.json, and ids inmanifest.json.--breakpoint-*CSS variables are no longer emitted intothemes.module.css(they were never valid to consume — CSS variables cannot be used in media queries).manifest.json, every token now carries anoutputfield ('variable' | 'value'). Value-output tokens havecssVariable: null(previously a non-existent variable reference) and theirvalueholds the literal to use (e.g.768px); breakpoints report their Tailwind screen variant (e.g.md:) instead of a non-existent utility class.px/rem) is now declared per token group inconfig.jsoninstead of hardcoded token-name lists.@frontify/fondue-charts@8.0.0
