feat(campaigns): integrate live streaming into campaign pages

Summary

Enable campaign creators to share live streams during launches and milestone celebrations.

Changes

• Support YouTube Live and Twitch embeds using stream URLs.
• Display a live indicator on campaign cards when a stream is active.
• Preserve stream replay links on campaign pages after events end.
• Add URL validation, responsive embeds, and relevant tests.

Testing

• Test valid and invalid stream URLs.
• Verify campaign cards show the correct live status.
• Verify replay links remain accessible after streams end.
• Run relevant tests, type checks, and build.
