Placement Cell appears alongside Registration and Examination, gated by accessible_modules exactly as every local module is, and expands into its own screens — which arrive from the service that serves them, so this app holds no second copy of them. The screens themselves render inside this shell. The sidebar, the header and the role switcher stay here and exist once; the other service draws only its pages. Two shells meant keeping icons, roles and sections in step twice, and they had already drifted. The dev proxy covers every prefix the backend answers on, not just /api. The academic modules call /aims and /academic-procedures directly, and anything missing was served index.html instead of JSON — which reads as a page that cannot parse its own data rather than as a misrouted request.
The certificate reads its semester rows from the published structure and marks each one Paid or Unpaid, with the current semester chosen by hand. Preview and Download sit side by side; the preview mirrors the generated PDF down to the cell metrics, and printing the page keeps to one sheet. Fee Structure joins the Academic module: the heads of the circular for UG, PG and PhD, edited per session, with the totals worked out as they are typed and every head addable, so a fee revision never needs a release.

Paid / Unpaid Fee Certificate
A certificates screen beside the bonafide one. It fetches the student, reads the semester rows from the published fee structure, and marks each Paid or Unpaid — defaulted before and after the current semester, chosen by hand for the current one.
Preview and Download sit side by side. The preview mirrors the generated PDF down to the table's cell metrics, so what is on screen is what is handed over, and the print stylesheet keeps the page to a single sheet instead of paginating the app shell behind it.
Fee Structure
A screen in the Academic module holding the circular itself: UG, PG and PhD separated, one row per session, opened read-only on a row click and edited in a form that adds up the sections as they are typed. Heads can be added or removed and an amount can vary by semester, so the office can publish a revision without a release.

The generated-certificates list now belongs to the screen that issued them, so the two kinds no longer appear in each other's history.
