Description
This PR introduces two new reporting sections in the Database module sidebar to track student demographics:

BatchWiseStudentCountReport.jsxandBranchWiseStudentCountReport.jsxcomponents for rendering the data grids dynamically.DATABASE_REPORTSlist (reports.js).academicRoutes/index.jsx.Note
These changes are purely additive and do not affect or touch the existing 7 report sections. Ensure that the corresponding backend PR is merged for the APIs to work.
