Summary

  • remove the repository-local FOSSA workflow now that the repository is scanned by the FOSSA GitHub App
  • prevent fork pull requests from failing because GitHub does not expose repository secrets to forked workflows
  • avoid duplicate FOSSA results alongside the App's License Compliance status
